Norah thothobolo (map, msc.)

Norah is a SAFE and ITIL certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner, with 22 years' experience in transforming businesses through best-in-class lean-agile people and process frameworks; across the services, manufacturing and retail industries.

 

She has a strong background in organisational and project change delivery. Her expertise spans across strategic change design, leadership alignment, organisational culture assessment, and operating model change. Norah is also a highly skilled trainer, facilitator and certified EDTP assessor that is passionate about the continuous learning and empowerment of others through on-the-job coaching and mentoring.


She is also a firm believer in the concept of “each one, teach one”, which she exercised through her years as an ABET facilitator and other professional development and volunteering opportunities.
